Lyngbya is an algal bloom which forms thick, slimy mats which smother delicate seagrass on Roebuck Bay, creating negative impacts on the marine food chain. This presentation helps us to understand the risks, possible causes and management strategies to address this threat to the Ramsar values of the bay.
