With Roebuck Bay and the Kimberley coast a ‘research hotspot’, the Roebuck Bay Working Group and Yawuru Land and Sea Unit commenced a Science on the Broome Coast series in 2014 (funded by Inspiring Australia). The aims are to encourage scientists to share their research findings with community, visitors and land managers, and contribute to better understanding and management of the area’s extraordinary values. It’s great too for researchers to share their passion for science ♥
The 2017 series is coming soon…
