This wonderful project is coordinated by the Yawuru joint management team at Parks and Wildlife and Cable Beach Turtle Monitoring Group. Three sectors are monitored each morning over the nesting period (Nov-Mar).
Turtle monitoring is a great way to help turtles, get your daily exercise and enjoy Cable Beach. All welcome and training is free of charge. Bring sandshoes, hat, sunscreen, water bottle and an ADULT IF UNDER 16.
